Shipping & Returns
- All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
- Please allow 2 - 3 business days for your order to process, and an additional 3 - 6 business days for shipping.
I hope you loved your purchase doll, but I understand if your item did not work out! Below are a few things you need to know if this is the case:
- Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. Store credit is eligible on non final sale items. Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with your order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. You will not be notified when I receive your package, so I recommend keeping tracking information on your return.
- All items must be returned to me in their original condition with all original tags still attached, unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume.
- We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process.

- Due to limited inventory on all items, we cannot offer direct exchanges at this time.
- If you received an item that was damaged before shipping or defective, I'll take care of it doll! The tag must still be attached to the item, you must let me know within 3 days of receiving the item, and I will need an email referencing your order number with an image of the where the item is damaged/defective.
- To initiate the return process, please email me at email@example.com. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your store credit to be processed.
Please note that some of my products are handled by third party partners. If any item is delivered damaged or incorrectly, please contact me as soon as possible so that we could work through a solution.I want to make sure you have a faboulus experience!
